The ideal way to use up flavourful leftovers and perfect for little hands this pair of omusubi / onigiri moulds creates handy fun snacks from fluffy white rice. Simply wet each side of the mould, fill it with freshly-cooked rice

Made from food-grade, BPA-free, durable plastic by the leading Japanese brand, Torune.
How to use:
Fill the molds with rice and make a little pocket in the center with your finger if adding a filling. Pop more rice on top to seal and press down firmly until compact and level with the top of the mold. Gently push out and wrap one side with a cut rectangle of nori (if using).
